On the first day of Navratra Aagaman organised a special hawan at the ancient temple of Goddess Durga situated in Durgakund by the school girls.

The hawan was for the special purpose to ensure the well being and successful delivery of the girl foetus and to save them from being killed in the mother's womb as a result of social sickness where people do not want the girls to take birth in their families.

They consider that a girl child is a burden on the family and always a cause of worry and they will have to face the lots of problem in the marriage like dowry and their social status will be devalued as the family of the groom will always treat them with disrespect and consider them as a source of income.

Aagaman is working since 2001 in the path to change the mind set of the society, we organise such social events and awareness programs to deep seed in the society the value and the importance of a GIRL CHILD.
